About Us

Holding the Work: Safeguarding and Clinical Supervision

We offer counselling and play therapy supervision for practitioners working with children, young people, adults, and families. Our approach is reflective, supportive, and trauma-informed, providing a safe and professional space to explore client work, develop confidence, and strengthen practice.

Supervision is designed to help practitioners think more deeply about the therapeutic relationship, understand patterns and process within the work, and respond ethically and thoughtfully to complex situations. We aim to support practitioners to feel more confident, contained, and effective in the work they do.

We work with qualified practitioners, trainees, and those developing their practice within schools, private practice, and community settings. Supervision can be delivered individually or in groups, both online and in person, depending on the needs of the practitioner.

We also offer safeguarding supervision for professionals working in therapeutic, educational, and community settings. This provides a dedicated space to reflect on safeguarding concerns, decision-making, and the emotional impact of working with risk and vulnerability.

Safeguarding supervision supports professionals to develop confidence, professional curiosity, and clearer judgement when responding to concerns. It helps practitioners hold complexity, reflect on their responses, and ensure that decisions remain ethical, proportionate, and child-centred.

Our safeguarding supervision is suitable for therapists, schools, family support services, safeguarding leads, childminders, nurseries, and organisations wanting to strengthen reflective practice. Sessions can be offered individually or in groups, helping professionals feel more supported in their role.

Safeguarding Subscription Service

We also offer a safeguarding supervision subscription service for therapists, childminders, nurseries, schools, and professionals working in private practice or smaller settings without immediate access to a safeguarding lead.

The subscription provides ongoing access to safeguarding advice, case discussions, reflective supervision, and support with complex decision-making. It offers a trusted space to explore concerns, think through appropriate next steps, and feel more supported when working with risk and vulnerability.

This can include support with record-keeping, information sharing, policies and procedures, professional boundaries, and balancing uncertainty when there may not be a clear or immediate answer.

We can also offer bespoke packages for organisations, schools, nurseries, and community settings based on their individual safeguarding needs.
